20 Nov Notification of rejecting the declaration
In relation to Trademark registration declaration with 139850140001071732 application No. dated 10/16/2019 declared that your Trademark registration request named “FROG”, is similar to a Trademark according to Clause (ه) and Clause (و) of Article 32 of Patent, Industrial Designs and Trademark registration law and will be rejected in accordance with the below information according to Clauses (ز), (و) and (ه) of Article 32 of Patent, Industrial Designs and Trademark registration law and Article 121 of executive bylaw of the said law for the requested goods or services and class(es).
1- A declaration with 1263371 application No. dated 06/03/2015 named “CAMFROG” belonging to Camshare Inc, similar to the Trademark in class 9.
In case of objection to the provisions of this administrative notification according to the recent section of Article 121 of the executive bylaw, deliver your objection in 60 days to the commission subject to Article 70 of the executive bylaw of Patent, Industrial Designs and Trademark registration law with the title of “Objection to the rejecting notification”. It is evident that the objection request will withdraw if the said deadline expires.
