the origins of ASEJUR go back to 1967, when Max Doninelli (1942-2014) and Mario Quintana (1945-2005), along with other young colleagues, opened a small law firm in San Jose. The firm was established under the name of Asesores Jurídicos Asociados (Legal Advisers Associated).

The new firm’s focus was business law. Since its inception, it was devoted to exceed its clients’ expectations with hard teamwork from specialized lawyers.

Soon, Max and Mario, inseparable friends, became prominent lawyers. Their careers were filled with success. Since then, the firm has had a long and distinguished life, widely recognized for its leading services in corporate law.
