PRK Partners (“PRK”) is a full-service business law and tax firm operating in the Czech Republic (as well as in other jurisdictions). PRK has developed an especially strong practice in banking, capital markets, M&A, company restructuring, general corporate work, real estate matters, labor law, dispute resolution and comprehensive tax advice. Our tax department covers the entire range of tax advice, while its key competence is tax structuring of transactions and tax planning. PRK has the largest tax department of all Czech law firms. PRK serves its clients in native Czech, English, German, French, Hungarian and Russian, as well as Slovak. PRK Partners is consistently recognized among the top law firms by international directories such as IFLR 1000, Chambers Global/Europe, Legal 500, PLC Which Lawyer? and Best Lawyers.

PRK’s practice covers a broad spectrum of interrelated specialty areas, permitting the firm to provide clients with comprehensive and coordinated legal and tax advice. While the firm’s lawyers and tax advisors may concentrate on one or several specialty areas, the combination of broadbased proficiency and focused specialization, coupled with PRK’s emphasis on solving each client’s business priorities, enables our lawyers and tax advisors to act as strategic partners in structuring and implementing complex business transactions or in resolving complex disputes.

PRK was established in 1993 and has grown steadily to include 57 lawyers and 40 tax advisors. Prior to joining PRK, most partners received extensive practical training at prominent Anglo-Saxon, Swiss and German law firms, as well as advanced education at law schools in North America or Western Europe.
