Founded in 1983, LPA has presently more than 130 lawyers with two offices in Paris and Hong Kong. LPA lawyers' expert knowledge of a number of specialist areas enables them to address the full range of their clients' requirements.

LPA's main fields of activities are Property Law, Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Labor and Employment Law, Banking Law, Insurance Law, Investment in France, Investment and Tax Law. In particular, LPA's Real Estate team is one of the largest and most experienced of any firm currently working in this field.
In the year 2000, LP was involved in acquisition operations with a total value of € 1,800 million.
