In 1994 two prominent Maldivian lawyers, Ahmed Muizzu and Husnu Al-Suood left their positions in the bench as chief judges of the Maldivian Criminal Court and Civil Court respectively to establish the law firm Hasankaari Chambers. Over the years, under the leadership of Muizzu and Suood the firm has
