Resolute Legal is a national disability claim law firm with its main office in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada and additional locations throughout the region.

The firm’s founder, David Brannen, worked as an occupational therapist in both Canada and the United States, giving him experience in hospitals and rehabilitation center, performing functional capacity assessments and studying medical conditions at university. He earned his J.D. in 2004 and became a lawyer in 2005. He brings his health professional background to the practice of disability law. David is the author of A Beginner's Guide to Disability Insurance Claims in Canada and the CPP Disability Benefits Approval Blueprint.
