The legal department takes care about market entry. This can be done either by incorporating a Chilean Company controlled 100% by foreign corporations or natural persons, or by acquiring an already established Chilean Company. Once the Chilean Company is running, we provide legal representation towards IRS and refer to pertinent Bank Institutions. Naturally, our firm later provides advise in labor law, intellectual property, international commerce, among others.

The accounting department takes care of back-office. We work with the Chilean company so it complies with our tax and IRS regulations (Servicio de Impuestos Internos). Also, we provide pay-roll and administration services for our clients workers.
