Wicklow Corporate Services (“Wicklow”) is both the youngest and, in some senses, one of the oldest of the independent law firms in Azerbaijan. Alum Bati, one of Wicklow’s partners, founded Wicklow Group Ltd in 1996 as the first licensed foreign law firm to operate in Azerbaijan.
